Almost forgot to post about this issue no. 3

Okay, i know the FAM is getting bigger,

and some of u might felt neglected or being ignore in the FAM.

Especially those first batch of people we recruited.

Some of them have left the FAM due to this negligent.

but think back again yea:)

FAM is expanding now..

We have 38 members now & all this is happening.

Then what are we going to do to the remaining 32places??

And have you all ever feel neglected when the FAM is small??

No right?? Precsiely!

That's because we only have a few members.

And we can easily communicate with each other.

However, now members are getting more

it's a little hard for the leader & Jrs to keep up with everyone.

Why don't we all keep up with each other.

Talk more. Like me =D hehes.

When people ignore u b like me!!

I am a attention seeker yea =X hahas.

Maybe just say a HI! or HELLO! when you get online?

or just join for a few games..

So at least those outdated leader or Jrs (like me =.=)

can update on you all mahs.

I know I am long-winded but I heard it from members who

left the FAM without notice.

If you all have any unhappiness in the FAM then

come talk to the leader or the Jrs.

Unless you like none of us!!

then you can really leave the FAM le T~T

We don't bite okay. =DD *WINK*

SO.. people go think about it alright.

If you really wanna leave, at least respect the leader or the JRs.

We won't blame or harass you.

We just wanan know who have left.

Yesterday we have this idea of making our fam IGN all

in a same pattern.

Thus, i need you all to vote if You all will agree to it.

But i hope at least Jrs & leader will change

whether a not if the decision or respond are good.

Well, have not organise a proper outing for you

ever since i am voted to be a OUTING PLANNER =.=

Alright i apologise due to studies.

Now, since i have completed by studies & have plenty of time.

The next coming outing i shall organise one,

and i REALLY hope u peeps will respond actively to it yea:D

As.. Its' my FIRST time planning.

Dont make me disappointed nahh ='(

I dont mind if u all can asked 1 or 2 friends to tag along

if u feel unsafe of going out with us =O

So, have some little plans that need you people's advise.

Hello?

I hope you all still remember that I'm still alive.

I'm NOT dead yet ok.

I asked you back when you quit without my permission doesn't mean I can accept your action.

I didn't really enforce on the rules I set doesn't mean you can do away with it.

A game is a game. Yes, I know.

But please, respect still matters ok.

I can forget that you break the rules.

But when you over-do it, it's game-over.

You know who you are ah. I don't want list out names.

I get very irritated when people leave without my permission. And just simply tell me "I quit FAM already" or waiting for me to find out myself.

Even if I didn't set the rule I think it's still pretty obvious that it's a basic form of respect to let people know that you're leaving the FAM.

Especially JRs. Please take note.

I don't care whatever reasons you have that you have to quit the FAM but please ah. I'm saying this for the last time. DO INFORM ME IF YOU'RE LEAVING.

I don't wanna force people to stay when you don't feel like staying, ok?

Just leave me a message that you're leaving BEFORE you click that "break away" button in the FAM center. As simple as that.

And by the way, my JRs.. You all are like the substitutes of me. Have some proper conduct please.

Ok, hi all HE-RIANS. Old and new ones. LOL.

Yesterday's recruitment .. not bad. Except for some testers didn't turn up. T_T

Glad that all of you (testers and JRs) are very flexible and responsible. Except for some who only know how to talk nonsense and do nothing. (*ERKEHMMMMM*)

Tonight might have another recruitment session at night around 9pm - 11pm. I'll see which testers are available and send them in.

Mass recruiting after CNY so requirement might be lower.

And stop complaining that the requirement is very high..

Anyways, welcome all new members though I can't really remember who you all are. LOL.

If you wanna know more about your new FAMily, browse through the previous posts but please ignore the rules. Cos new copy of that will be up soon. Can one JR please volunteer? :D

Hi my beloved HE-Rians. :D This is a super long post and I expect every member to read it.

1st: Selection of JRs

Due to the "overwhelming" response from our members (LOL!), I've decided to let it be on a voting basis.

How is it like?

Our dearest JR has requested to me yesterday that he wants to put his slot to voting. He don't want to be a JR anymore cos you all everytime make him angry. *SIGH* He angry until growing old soon, want to retire already. *LOL*

Hahahaha. Okay la just kidding only. Koko said he going NS soon so scare will inactive but you all know Koko is my dearest JR right.. Yea.. So since he wants to put it up for vote then put it to vote lorh.

So this is how the thing goes...

There will only be ONE slot open for voting now. Below is a list of members whom I have went through the members list, some are those I think they can be a JR, some are from applications. One member can only have ONE vote and you're not allowed to vote for yourself. Anyone caught cheating is a direct KICK. :) The one with the most number of votes will be our JR. If Koko gets the highest number of votes, he'll remain as our JR.

Criterias to be a JR
- Must be very responsible
- Super active (Unless inactive with a valid reason)
- Considerable amount of contribution to the FAM (donation of den, draining of NPCs, actively joining for game etc)
- Good reputation
- Must be a fair/unbias person

- Passed requirement when first joined HE
- Acceptable skills (Not saying that those not in list skills are not acceptable. =.=)

*Those names you see in JR's list - If one of them becomes JR, he/she will not be a tester. Which means tester will be someone else.

3rd: New FAM rule

The usual ones like no kicking of players in game, do not be rude to FAM members & other players, all that still apply.

Now we got one more FAM rule. :D

Uhh.. I realised our FAM members.. SOME of them (you know who you are) like to use vulgarities in FAM channel, in normal mode, or missing in game, which pollutes the entire FAM.

So.. There's this new rule that anybody caught using vulgarities of any form, or those words that are very clear to me that you're using vulgarities, like "Fuuuuuuuuu" or "FISHHHHHHH" (you all got alot of vulgar words one), will be charged a penalty of 10k DEN to the FAM BANK everytime you are caught using them. Let's say in a game you have used vulgarities 12 times, that will be 12 x 10k = 120k to the FAM Bank. :D

I'm not prohibiting you all to use vulgarities la. You can still use, but just that it now comes with a price. :D You can scold as much as you want la. The calculated amount of DEN flows into the bank can already. Can scold vulgarities + can do charity, good deal hor? :D

Oh by the way, JRs who used vulgarities, penalty is 20k per time. :D Let's say 12 x 20k = 240k to the bank. Cool-ness. :D Use more la. I like. :D $_$

4th: Rules of JR

Very simple and relaxing one. LOL.

- Help our poor -xKARIN when she needs help. :D And those normal basic rules la!!

Any JRs caught not doing their job well will be a DIRECT downgrade. :D But I know my JRs will be very good ones. :D

5th: Rules of Tester

I'll update this when the testers are out.

6th: FAM Battle Team

FAM advisor: -xMIKIx- (will be back in Jan 09)

Criteria to be in FB Team
- Please remember you all are the most important people during FAM Battle.
- GOOD skills :D
- Chainer/Chancer
- Or a combination of both

Okay. Hi people.

Grats us. We've reached our target to expand to our new house.

Due to the fact that my post on which house to buy not many people responded to it, I've decided to buy the Black Pearl House. :)

WHAT WE WILL DO AFTER EXPAND:

1. WIN back our FAM points. Work our way up. :D

HOW?

- Buying of channel once every few days (hopefully if I can get the channel =.=)
- FAM Battle
- BU event (hosted by members themselves. Especially those super pro in BU.)
- Full Room (hosted by members also)

2. Rearrangement of Admin Team, Testers and FAM Battle Team.

HOW?

Admin Team

- I think will have either 3-5 new JR posts. I'm not gonna fill it up for the time-being. The first slot will go to the highest donator as promised.

- Next JR slots will go to those who are extremely active, loyalty and have a considerable amount of contribution to HE (not by relations =.=)

Testers

- ONE tester for every level (Clubber, Amateur, Back Up etc)

- Testers will need to go through tests in order to be a tester. Conditions: Responsible and active.

FAM Battle

- Members interested in FAM Battle are welcomed to apply. Same thing, tests needed to qualify for FAM Battle. Conditions: Responsible, active, Chancer and/or Chainer.

3. Recruitment

HOW?

- All new players (regardless of friends or random players), MUST pass the requirement. No maximum tries.

- NO stiffy, novice and freedom. At least a clubber.

- All new members must go through either ME or JRs.

4. Test for existing members

- Don't worry, requirement will be reasonable. I'm not those witch who only take in pros.

- Different requirements for Chancers and Non-Chancers. Scheduled on next sunday.

NOTE:

FAM Battle - settle the teams first.

Recruitment - settle testers and JRs first.

DO NOT INITIATE FAM BATTLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

And don't anyhow enter people's FAM Battle rooms. =.=

Recruitment rooms cannot be created unless told to do so.

First time posting here , scary >.>

Anyways , I would like to inform all of you that there will be a mini outing tomorrow , at Plaza Singapura . We'll be catching a movie . What show ? TWILIGHT <3 ! -screams and die x1000000- .

Movie Information :
Language : English . ( Which is of course ! )
Running Time : 122 minutes .
Show times : ~~1:50pm 3:20pm~~ 4:30pm 6:00pm 7:10pm 8:40pm 9:50pm

And yes , please pick a show time to watch the movie . We'll see by majority =)

A little short update on what we'll be doing in future.

First we'll expand the house to whichever house that has the most vote. Or you can even go to the FAM shop to create your own ideal FAM House, take a screenshot then send to me which I'll post it up here also.

After expanding will be a re-arrange of the admin team/management team. Which means there'll be new JRs where my existing JRs will remain. And testers will either be cut down, or increase.

Next will be recruiting where my JRs and testers are expected to be VERY active and responsible. :)

Then will be our exciting moment - Buying of FAM Channel. But before that FAM Bank must at least have 500k after buying house and decorations.

After that will be our SUPER exciting moment - FAM Battle.

A revamped will be done after expanding.

1. 2 or 3 new JRs slot (Can't remember). One of the JR slot will be given to the highest donator, terms and condition apply. :) The rest of the slots I'll either open for application to fill it up or leave it at 4 first.

2. Cut down/increase testers. New rules will be up.

3. Recruiting of SUPER ACTIVE members and people who can go FAM Battle.

4. Clearing of dust, if necessary.

Looks like the post is not very effective.

I ended the voting 30 minutes earlier.

I don't wanna force people.

So there's no point in making all of you to standardise our IGNs.

Apart from those who didn't vote at all, there're more people who object the idea to change IGN.

So.. The conclusion of this vote is...

You DON'T have to change your IGN if you don't want to. But if you want to change your IGN, you're allowed to. To any format, any pattern you want. But the old rule still applies - NO crude or unsightly words. Examples: Condom, Sex, Bitch, Slut, Bastard or any things like that.

I don't expect many people to turn up for this outing.

But i hope you can make it at least.

We're gonna watch a movie and eat dinner together.

It's alright to be late. But it depends if the other members are willing to wait for you or not.

Okay. Important issue now.

A few of us were discussing in game yesterday if we should standardise our IGNs.

If you strongly object, please tag at the tagboard.

Decision will go according to majority.

30 members, excluding me, 29.

If majority choose to standardise our IGNs, then we'll do just that. Those who object, you have no choice but to change together with the rest.

If majority choose not to standardise, then we'll stay at our current IGNs.

Note: Those who said "anything" or neutral, you'll be seen as agreeing to change IGN.

Please be firm of your choice. :)

If we're going ahead with the idea, there are 2 options.

1. -IGN, example: -YOURMOTHER

2. -xIGN, example: -xYOURFATHER

You are allowed to add x3 or x33 or x333 at the back of the IGN. But no IGNs that bear any crude or unglam or unsightly words.
